These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Member," or "you") and h8toto (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the h8toto online betting platform accessible at https://h8toto.cam and any associated mobile-optimized versions, applications, or services (collectively, the "Service").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or otherwise using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.
h8toto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, place bets, or otherwise use the h8toto Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. h8toto reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
The h8toto Service is intended for residents of Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of account registration and when placing bets. Users attempting to access the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited may have their accounts closed and funds confiscated in accordance with applicable law.
To use the Service, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may hold only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual (detected through IP address, device fingerprinting, payment method, or KYC documentation) will be deemed duplicate accounts and subject to immediate closure, with all balances and bonuses forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify h8toto immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account. h8toto shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
The following individuals are prohibited from using the h8toto Service:
h8toto accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri, as well as e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Standard users may deposit up to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits are available to VIP members upon request.
Bank transfers are typically processed within 3 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB; limited weekend hours). E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24/7. h8toto is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
h8toto does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any third-party charges.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your h8toto Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. h8toto reserves the right to request proof of income, bank statements, or other documentation to verify the source of your funds. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the original payment source.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Withdrawals are processed only to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your name during KYC verification. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for standard members, with higher limits available to VIP members.
h8toto aims to process withdrawals within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional KYC verification and take up to 24 hours.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by uploading a clear, legible photo of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and a recent selfie holding your KTP. h8toto reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be suspended until KYC is completed and approved.
If you have claimed a bonus, you must satisfy all wagering requirements before withdrawing. Any withdrawal request made before bonus wagering is complete will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. See Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for full details.
h8toto does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks may impose interbank transfer fees. h8toto is not responsible for third-party charges.
h8toto may offer various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. Bonuses are offered at h8toto's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the promotional terms at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements typically range from 5× to 30× the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Bets placed on different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., sports bets may contribute 100%, while certain casino games may contribute 10% or be excluded).
Each promotional offer is limited to one use per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Abuse of bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent activity will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.
Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified in the promotional terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance). Unused or partially wagered bonuses will expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from your Account balance.
h8toto reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are considered accepted only when they appear in your Account's bet history with a unique bet ID. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake, h8toto reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes.
All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or not completed, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. Live in-play bets are subject to slight delays due to streaming latency; h8toto is not responsible for bets placed on outcomes that have already occurred.
Togel bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the relevant lottery authority (e.g., Singapore Pools for Togel SGP, Hong Kong Jockey Club for Togel HK). Draw times and results are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB). h8toto is not responsible for delays or errors in third-party lottery results.
All casino games (live dealer tables, RNG slots, roulette, baccarat, etc.) are provided by third-party game studios and operate under their respective rules and RTP (Return to Player) percentages. h8toto does not control game outcomes. All RNG games use certified random number generators audited for fairness.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in bet voidance, confiscation of winnings, and account termination:
h8toto strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Users found to be underage will have their accounts immediately closed, all bets voided, and funds confiscated. We encourage parents and guardians to use internet filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

h8toto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes. Remaining Account balances (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet after KYC verification, minus any outstanding fees or liabilities. h8toto reserves the right to withhold funds if fraud or illegal activity is suspected, pending investigation and cooperation with law enforcement.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All pending bets must be settled and all bonus wagering requirements completed before closure. Remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.
h8toto strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Service 24/7. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, DDoS attacks, natural disasters). h8toto shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
The h8toto Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. h8toto disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, h8toto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if h8toto has been advised of the possibility of such damages. h8toto's total liability for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, game providers, sports data feeds). h8toto is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and your use of such services is at your own risk.
All content on the h8toto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of h8toto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any h8toto content without our prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h8toto is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law shall apply to disputes involving Indonesian residents.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting h8toto customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and h8toto regarding your use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without h8toto's prior written consent. h8toto may assign this Agreement to any third party without your consent.
